In a nutshell our pricing is based on what it costs to produce 1 square foot of powder coating. Project details are entered into our secure custom in-house powder coating database so jobs can be recalled if necessary.

What Is Powder Coating?
The powder coating process differs significantly from tradition spray on coatings. The parts to be powder coated are electrically grounded, so that the electrostatically charged particles of pigment and resin adhere to the surface of the item to be coated.
After the parts are coated they are placed in a curing oven where the particles are melted and fused into a solid coating.
The result is an attractive, very durable, high quality finish that stands up to the test of time.
Why Powder Coat?
Powder coating provides an economical, durable and colour fast finish that is resistant to scratching, fading and wearing. In fact, there is a very good chance that you already own items in your home that have been powder coated. Unlike liquid finishes powder coating doesn't rely on solvents and the volatile organic compounds or VOC's that most solvents contain. A powder coated finish goes on dry and is cured in an oven. Most overspray is retrieved and reused thus providing a more economical and environmentally friendly finish than painting with liquid finishes.
